The walls here
The Museum District mixes high-rise condos along the park with mid-century homes on the side streets. In the towers you get metal studs and sometimes concrete shear walls: toggle anchors sized to the TV for the studs, a hammer drill and masonry anchors for the concrete, and a paintable channel for the cables because those walls cannot be fished.
The houses are a different job. Plaster walls, studs that wander off the sixteen-inch grid, and the occasional stretch of shiplap under the drywall. We anchor into whatever the wall really is and bring the hardware to do it.
