A standard power cord never goes inside a wall. A listed in-wall power kit puts a proper outlet behind the TV and a matching inlet at the console.

Every cable fished
HDMI, ethernet, optical, and speaker wire go down the same path, with slack left for a future swap.

Fire blocks handled
Many Houston walls have horizontal blocking. We find it before we cut and route around it.

A plan for masonry too
Brick and stone cannot be fished, so a low-profile paintable channel carries the run for $25 instead.

Questions about hidden wires
Is it legal to hide the TV power cord in the wall?+
A standard cord, no. That is why we install a listed in-wall power kit: a real outlet behind the TV wired to an inlet near the console, fed by the TV’s own cord in the open. It passes inspection.
What does hiding the wires cost?+
$75 added to your mount for the in-wall run, power kit included. Channel concealment on masonry is $25. If the wall already has a recessed outlet behind the TV, there is no charge.
Does it work on exterior walls?+
Exterior walls carry insulation and sometimes a vapor barrier. We can usually fish them, but we tell you on arrival if the wall will not cooperate and switch to a channel with your okay.
Can I add a cable later?+
Yes. We leave a pull string in the wall on every in-wall job, so a future soundbar or console adds in minutes.
